Taking new projects

Custom software, built around the job.

Need something that doesn't exist off the shelf? We build Android apps, development tools, research systems, creative software and business workflows. Use existing Harmony components, commission something new, or combine both, so you only pay for what you'll use.

Two ways to start

Build from scratch

An original system designed around your workflow, your requirements and the people who'll use it.

Configure Harmony

Pick existing Harmony components and add only the custom functions your project needs.

We build Android apps and games, business and educational software, creative tools and AI-assisted systems. Got a project that's stuck or half-finished? Bring it along. Improving existing projects is part of the job too (we call it Pimp My Project!).

How a custom build works

  1. Free discovery call

Book a time on Teams. Tell us what you need, and we'll tell you what's possible, how long it should take and roughly what it will cost.

  2. Written quote and deposit

You get the scope and price in writing. Work starts once your deposit is paid.

  3. Secure transfer key

After your deposit we send you a one-time key. It opens a private 15-minute window for sending us code, files or data. When the window closes, ask for a new key.

Being rolled out for new projects

  4. Build, with live reviews

Book private review sessions and watch your software take shape live, straight from the device it's being built on. Ask for changes as you go.

  5. Delivery

Your finished software arrives through a private, time-limited download, never a public link.

Your code never sits in an open inbox.

When you need to send us code or data, you don't email it. You use a transfer window that only opens with your key.

  • Keys are issued only to clients who have paid a deposit.
  • Each key works once and gives you a 15-minute window. Then it locks.
  • Every key is signed with our hardware signing key, so it can't be forged or reused.
  • Need to send more? Ask for a new key and we'll issue one.

Marine Parts, Customisation and Local Manufacturing

Make hard-to-source and discontinued marine parts locally.

Custom quote
  • Part intake and reconstruction: vessel, component, measurements, photographs and available technical evidence.
  • Custom components such as dashboard consoles, hatches, vents, bait-board parts, interior fittings and other suitable non-critical parts.
  • Material choices that account for UV, moisture, salt, temperature, chemical contact and real service conditions.
  • A local micro-factory workflow: verify dimensions, prepare manufacture, quote, produce and catalogue, with less reliance on expensive freight.
  • Marine supplier records, material purchasing, a repeat-part catalogue, quotes and job tracking.

Safety boundary: hull-structural, load-bearing, fuel, steering, electrical, pressure and other safety-sensitive applications require qualified engineering, testing and regulatory approval. Available with the common Harmony Business foundation and optional Tax Automation.

Agricultural Parts, Repair and Micro-Factory

Built around machinery downtime and difficult sourcing.

Custom quote
  • Machine and component intake: make, model, serial references, part numbers, photographs, measurements, damage and urgency.
  • Suppliers are searched first. If a part can't be sourced, the job moves into evidence-led reconstruction and manufacture.
  • Reconstruction of suitable non-critical parts such as cabin panels, covers, guards, housings, seed-drill components, knobs and ducts.
  • A downtime view that puts urgency, availability, freight, lead times and local manufacturing options side by side.
  • An agricultural supplier profile with quoting, customer history and catalogue functions.

Safety boundary: braking, steering, hydraulics, lifting, guarding, high-load structural parts and other safety-critical machinery components require qualified engineering and applicable compliance approval.
